International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can check with our shipping courier if they can deliver to your country.
What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Also, if you are paying by credit card, it will NOT be charged until your order has been processed and is ready to ship out.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Please take note that shipping charges are estimates. We will do a final adjustment on the correct shipping cost when your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped out. In the event that you paid via PAYPAL, we will refund your payment back the extra shipping cost that you paid for back to your PAYPAL account. *Please note that shipping cost is calculated based on these factors; total weight of the package, total value of the merchandise, shipping location and shipping method selected. It is the automatically calculated by our system prior to submitting your payment information. Please note that the calculated shipping cost is an ESTIMATE only. We will ADJUST your shipping cost based on these factors as soon as your package is ready to ship. Please note that there is a possibility that you could be charged for more or less. If you are paying via credit card, we will adjust your shipping cost before we charge your card but we WILL CONTACT you before we do. Please make sure that you have provided us a valid, current or updated contact information to prevent any delay on your order. If you are paying via PAYPAL, we will refund you the extra shipping cost and will give you a PAYPAL Refund Transaction ID, or send you an invoice for additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties that your customs office might charge you.*
